You show up weekly for 6 months. I’ll personally coach you so difficult emotions stop ruling your life. Your regular commitment to the tools, skills and process will change how you react and respond with your child when big emotions surface.

This package is for you if you are ready to dive deep because your emotions are causing deep suffering, regular heated conflicts with your child and you are unable to function well.

Difficult Emotions Parenting 101

You show up weekly for 3 months. I’ll personally coach you with the basic tools, skills and process vital to understanding and soothing difficult emotions as they surface in parenting. You'll walk away with a deep understanding of how to emotionally regulate when parenting.

This package is for you if you are  familiar with conscious parenting at the intellectual level and have made progress, but are struggling with implimentation. Or if you'd like to invest only in learning the foundations for now.

I'm Priya

Mom. Emotional Resilience & Relationship Coach. Meditation & Wisdom Teacher. I am passionate about teaching moms powerful life skills to reduce emotional stress, so they can parent and live in a place of peace and joyful presence. I work with moms who struggle with big feelings of anger, irritation, overwhelm, and frustration.

When we suffer inside, we unconsciously end up judging, shaming, yelling, or being too hard on our kids. My mission is to help heal and end this cycle of suffering, so we connect to our children with more understanding, warmth, and compassion.

I started working with Priya just after moving countries, working through issues of nutrition and immunity. The effect Priya’s program had on my gut health and overall general well being was really remarkable. The mix of Eastern + Western philosophies makes for a good marriage when she extends her expertise to conscious well being, beyond just nutrition.

Typically, we move to meeting every other week (3-6 months later), after establishing a therapeutic level of healing and agency that the client experiences within the first 3-6 months of weekly coaching.
